Fee Schedule
Mediation
Hourly Rate:
- $300 per hour (up to three parties)
- $350 per hour (four parties or more)
Arbitration
Hourly Rate:
- $300 per hour
MEDIATIONS AND ARBITRATIONS AVAILABLE IN PERSON OR BY ZOOM
Travel Time and Expenses: No charge for travel time or mileage for mediations/arbitrations conducted within Manatee, Sarasota or Pinellas Counties. For mediations/arbitrations conducted outside those counties, there will be a charge for travel time of $150 per hour, divided equally among the parties.
Preparation time: Full hourly rate
Fee is due and payable at the conclusion of the mediations/arbitrations.
Half day and full day mediations/arbitrations available.
