Fee Schedule

Fee Schedule for Mediation

Hourly Rate:
    $200 per hour (up to three parties)
    $225 per hour (four parties or more)
    Minimum Fee: 2 Hours
Daily Rate:
    $1,200 per day

Travel Time and Expenses: No charge for travel time or mileage for mediations conducted within Manatee, Sarasota, Pinellas, or Hillsborough Counties. For mediations conducted outside those counties, there will be a charge for travel time of $150 per hour, divided equally among the parties.

Preparation time: full hourly rate

Fee is due and payable at the conclusion of the mediation.

    $225 per hour

Daily Rate:
    $1,200 per day
